Scars: Nathain has a scar across his left side and two other scars on his lower back. More, smaller, scars on his feet and hands.

Shift: A smaller bird of prey with sharp wings. Small, sharply curved beak. Yellow legs and beak, with the tip of the beak being black and fading to the yellow. Off white in color, fades to grey over the back and back of wings to fade into white at the tail. Black markings on the 'shoulder', a small pack over each eye that gives a sort of angry look, black eye spots on his greater under wing-coverts. Primaries have a bit of gray on them, almost looking like a gradient.
Apparel: Nathain usually wears a simple t-shirt, jeans and belt. A military looking canvas jacket. Also wears a red scarf in the winter and dark colored gloves. He usually wears sturdy boots with good grip.

History -
___Born to John and Elizabeth Daniels, pretty soon the 'happy family' went their separate ways. His parents split really had a bad effect on Nathain who was hardly ten at the time. Growing less fond of his mother and her new mate, he tried to opt more time with his father who was a woodworker. Love of the work was a sort of escape from his mother who, when she WAS around, attempted to shape him into someone unlike his father. In his teens he would crave more time with his father, ending up running off to his place when he felt he had to get away from his mother, and in result an empty household that was left to him while she and her husband worked.
___He was sixteen when the first female he profoundly loved wriggled into his life. His baby sister, only half sister, but someone of blood for him to bond with. Emily was a springy, life loving girl with an adventurous curiosity that would keep her big brother running after her with worry more often than not. Despite their age difference they were close. Nathain even taught her to fly, both being birds, despite different speices. It really took a toll on Nathain when his mother and step-father decided they needed to relocate themselves, and Nathain wasn't about to follow, no matter how much he adored and took care of his sibling his father, who'd fallen ill, came first. John passed not even a year later, after a struggle with his mind slipping away slowly.
___It had been a cold and stormy winter when he chanced upon being stuck in the elements. He'd gotten part time work at that point and was heading home when he met Alek Tanner at a bus stop. The storm having gotten way worse, left him waiting for a bus that wouldn't come. It was Alek's cousin who came to their rescue, and in turn Lilly Bloom who made sure he didn't panic enough to jump out of the confined vehicle. After that came the awkward courtship attempt on his part to the strange girl who he had found to be the second girl to wriggle her way into his heart. When he found out she felt the same about him, he was shocked to say the least. One thing lead to another, and a ring came into the picture. He was happy, and happier still when they found out Lilly was pregnant, despite his worry over her almost twenty-four seven.

At first glance:
___A quiet, respectful guy. Seems a bit out of it and a little vain when it comes to having his arms and wings, always trying to make sure nothing gets broken. Shifty eyes that try to take in everything at once. Very flinchy and nervous. Overprotective.
In depth:
___Once one gets to know Nathain, you'll find he is huge about honor, and hakes to owe anyone anything. He has a crippling fear of being grounded. Has a hard time trusting others till he gets to know them. Kind of paranoid and suspicious. Claustrophobic to the point he'll have panic attacks, and refuses to be in any closed top cars. His life pretty much revolves around Lilly's well being, and now the baby's. He has no clue as to what he'd do if he lost either of them for any reason.
