History -
___His history isn't much for the telling, a rather normal childhood with a normal family. No one really realizing anything was wrong with him other than he was a pleasantly quiet baby. As he got older though, barely a toddler, they noticed he still stayed calm and quiet even if he got hurt, and that was often. Finally diagnosed with Congenital insensitivity to pain, it was his older cousin who really took charge. Being there the most out of anyone and in return getting a small shadow. He stuck with her and she taught him to watch over himself and keep from dying.
___Elementary school was hard for him, being his first real time of not having Ebony there to help him at all times, his anti-social nature started to show. In his mind, if he played with the other children, he'd end up hurt, or hurting them. Always being sensitive as to other's pain threshold despite not having his own. He was more focused on learning than the other kids, and was a great student despite issues with participation even in grade school and on. Even having teachers go far enough to think he had some issues.
___When he got into the FBI, he ended up very focused on his work. Without his cousin in his life that often now, he seems to try and make up for it with time in the lab, and focusing on doing anything but sitting around.
An inside lookProblems:
___Alek suffers from a disorder called CIP (Congenital insensitivity to pain). This is the reason why he has so many scars.

At first glance:
___He appears as a quiet battered up young man. Following orders without questions. His apparent muteness often makes him come off shy and mysterious.
In depth:
___His reactions to others differ. He can be calm and relaxed around people, or very shy and uptight. He is very into his work. He is very anti-social, having only been very close with his cousin in childhood. Sometimes is a bit naive to things, and is rather close minded when it comes to things he sees no interest in. Often Alek wont talk at first, instead seemingly becomes mute around strangers, it has nothing to do with fear though. Once he does start speaking though, he'll be quite open, exception to the silent treatment is anyone who reminds him of his cousin.
Good traits:> Agile.
> Strong fighter.
> Takes orders well.
Bad traits:> Can get hurt without realizing it.
> Slightly Naive.
> Has to take time to check himself for injuries often.
Habits:
___He smokes occasionally, as much as it calms him he can hardly keep it up while he puts in so many hours at work. He also has an addiction to a bad mix of energy drinks and black coffee, keeps him awake for long stints.
